Each engagement is governed by a written agreement covering deliverables, revisions, timing, fees and licensing. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a binding quote.

Usage rights are limited to what the agreement states. Paid advertising usage, whitelisting or Spark Ads, extended licensing, raw footage, exclusivity and travel are quoted separately and are not included by default.

Fees, deposits and payment timing are set out in each agreement. Where a project is cancelled after work has begun, fees for work completed remain payable.
